The garbage incineration power generation industry has entered a period of calm development after experiencing the period of "staking the land" and "rushing to install equipment". Polaris Solid Waste Network counts the bid opening quantity and total investment of waste incineration power generation projects from 2019 to 2022, and the overall trend is decreasing year by year. In 2022, the number of bid opening for waste incineration power generation projects in China will be reduced to 65, with a total investment of 25.8 billion yuan.
In 2022, the scale of newly-built projects with bid opening mostly ranges from 400 tons/day to 600 tons/day, accounting for 50% of the total.
According to the bid opening data of 65 waste incineration power generation projects in 2022 counted by Polaris Solid Waste Network, there are as many as 32 projects with a project scale of 400-600 tons/day. From the distribution of cities and counties, there are 3 1 municipal waste incineration power generation projects and 34 county-level waste incineration power generation projects. Although the number is not much different, the number of waste incineration power generation projects in large and medium-sized cities has dropped sharply.
In 2022, the first phase of new projects will still be the main project, and 9 projects will be the second and third phase expansion projects.
The second and third expansion projects are mainly based on the first-phase investors. During the first phase of construction, many projects have completed the construction of public supporting facilities such as comprehensive warehouse, maintenance workshop and fly ash maintenance workshop at one time, and the second phase can be directly used, which also shortens the construction time of the second phase of the project and is conducive to the faster production of the project.
However, this year's expansion project, Huidong County Domestic Waste Comprehensive Treatment Phase III (incineration power generation) project and kitchen waste collaborative treatment project, Lhasa Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant Phase II project changed hands respectively.
Guangdong province ranks first in the release of waste incineration capacity.
From the comparison of the release capacity of waste incineration in different provinces and cities in China, Guangdong Province ranks first, accounting for 30%. As a major economic province in the southeast coast of Guangdong Province, the waste incineration power generation market continues to erupt, and the scale of bid opening projects is generally large. In 2022, * * * 9 waste incineration power generation projects were started. In addition to the domestic waste incineration service project in the central city of Guangzhou, the other eight waste incineration power generation projects have an additional capacity of 7950 tons/day.
Henan province continued the high-speed development trend of the previous two years. Although the number of bid opening this year has decreased compared with the previous two years, it ranks second in the number of bid opening in all provinces this year, and seven waste incineration power generation projects have been released with a total production capacity of 2,850 tons/day. Guangxi and Henan have released the same number of waste incineration power generation projects, and 2800 tons/day will be added in the future.
Haichuang Green Energy has the highest number of winning bids and contracted projects.
Haichuang Green Energy won the bid and signed 16 projects in 2022, 9 of which were in Yunnan. According to incomplete statistics, Haichuang Green Energy won the franchise rights of more than 20 waste incineration power generation projects in Yunnan Province. Kangheng Environment and Shenneng Environmental Protection successively won four projects, ranking second, and Yuefeng Environment and Everbright Environment both won three projects, ranking third. In addition, China Environmental Protection Group, Weiming Environmental Protection, Shanghai Environment, Sanfeng Environment and other leading enterprises have started new projects.
