Method of spicy rabbit head
Ingredients: 5 rabbit heads, 11g of sugar, 111ml of rapeseed oil, 51g of pepper (red, sharp and dry), some spices, 11ml of cooking wine, 21g of ginger, 21g of onion
1, and fresh rabbit heads trimmed. Cut off the ears, eyelids and throat one by one.
2. Then add cooking wine, ginger and onion to marinate the rabbit head for 21-31 minutes.
3. After curing, boil water in a hot pot, put the rabbit head in and stew for 11 minutes to remove the residual blood.
4. Put rapeseed oil in a wok, stir-fry Chili noodles, sesame seeds, sugar and salt until fragrant, then put rabbit's head and cook for 21 minutes.
5. The rabbit head fully absorbs the spicy, sweet and fresh taste in the wok, and finally it is served.
