1. Job content
In this month of xxxx, my main job is to assist all departments to do all kinds of personnel work well. In this process, I got a preliminary understanding of the simple business knowledge and procedures of xxxx human resources. First, I summarized my job content:
1. Publish recruitment information, call all applicants who meet the recruitment requirements for interviews, arrange interview time and place and make good preparations for recruitment.
2. Assist in the induction training for new employees
3. Organize and keep the leave slip, and organize employee files for filing and filing at any time
4. Copy, print and fax office forms and documents
5. Assist other employees in the induction, resignation and transfer procedures for new employees
6. Calculate the attendance of managers and make details. And keep the files
8. Report the roster of factory employees and salespeople, monthly statistical report and labor contract to the headquarters every month
9. Other work arranged by the leaders
2. Internship experience
I started my internship trip in the food and beverage human resources department of xxxx. In fact, people here didn't ask interns to help them complete any tasks, but how much valuable knowledge they really learned depends on the interns themselves. Therefore, self-improvement, self-reliance and self-appreciation have become a motto of interns here. No matter how difficult the road ahead is, since you have chosen the distant place, you only care about the hardships.
the starting point of my arduous journey is xxxx human resources market service center. The people here are very friendly and humorous. At first, they didn't make people feel aloof and inviolable, but they preached, taught and dispelled your doubts very approachable.
Binding, coding and copying have become the necessary procedures for interns. In fact, interns need to learn more than that. What do interns really need to learn? The working procedures here, the working atmosphere here and the interpersonal relationship here all show the direction that interns should strive to catch up with.
Everything is difficult at the beginning, full and exciting, curious and busy, and the first "Golden Week" that is tense and pleasant has passed, and I am gradually familiar with people and things here, flowers and grass, heaven and earth. Every day, we arrive at the work place on time and finish everything carefully, hoping that our little power can reduce the burden on the staff. In this way, it is such a process from the strangeness of first reporting, to the gradual familiarity later, and then to the present disappointment, which can show the whole process of our internship.
I think I personally get more than I give. Occasionally, I will find it boring to send faxes, make phone calls and enter information, but as long as I calm down and find out with my heart, I will feel that although ordinary and trivial things, there are certain rules and skills to follow. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. At the same time, it also corrects my work attitude, that is, to do everything actively, even a small thing. As the saying goes, if you don't accumulate silicon, it will take you thousands of miles. If you don't accumulate small streams, you can't make rivers and seas. To do great things well, we must start with small things first. If you can't even do a small thing well, how can you do a complicated event well!
It is the basic purpose of my internship not to be late, not to leave early, not to be absent without reason, and not to ask for leave. During the internship period, I can persist in practical and firm practice on time. Sticking to my post and persisting in self-study is also an important purpose of my internship here. No matter whether the leaders are in the office or not, they insist on completing the orders and tasks issued by them. When there is no task, they insist on learning the basic knowledge of labor security in the archives and self-study. It is not only a simple learning, but also a self-seeking learning opportunity and a self-seeking learning point in all kinds of internship work, from small things and details.
I have learned a lot from my internship here, some of which can't be expressed in words. Perhaps in told even more in silence than they had told in sound, silence is more beautiful. Rather than going to practice, we should say that we are going to study, not to study outside the classroom. Interpersonal relations have been strengthened, I have made some friends, worked together every day, chatted with my colleagues, and actively integrated into a big family, and the fatigue of work disappeared in a flash. I am tired and happy every day. Lack of work experience and immaturity in dealing with problems make me need to strengthen my practice. Once I get into work, I should consciously change my role and face problems with the attitude that the job should have.
My first job is recruitment. I'm a novice myself, but I'm a little nervous and excited to recruit people. I began to publish recruitment information, telephone notification and organize interviews. Through several recruitment, I found that many seemingly simple things are not easy to do, especially for personnel. Before doing things, we should consider things from front to back and anticipate all kinds of unexpected situations that may occur. How to arrange can avoid these situations. I remember the first time on a business trip, I prepared all the necessary information and applied to the company to send a car. Perhaps it was because the company was short of cars at that time and the leaders refused to approve it. Because of my inexperience, I didn't know how to deal with many things. Later, the manager told me about filling out the business trip application form, the expense reimbursement form of the car dispatch form, the business trip allowance and so on. I just got a better understanding of business trip.
After that, I stopped working in recruitment, so I began to do some odd jobs, including sorting out files, copies of ID cards, graduation certificates, photos, health certificates, employment application forms and so on. It's repetitive work all day, technical and trivial. I began to feel a little reluctant, and the manager seemed to read my mind. Gave me a special lesson, saying that although these things seem simple, they are of great importance, which will be of great help to future work and improve efficiency to a great extent. In addition, these tasks are the basic work of human resources. Due to my unfamiliarity with the factory staff and the confusion of the previous files, it took me nearly two weeks to sort them out. I kept these things and other electronic accounts and arranged the files in the archives in alphabetical order. My colleagues all accept that I am steady and serious, and I feel very happy and excited.
Third, the internship gains
In this process, I adopted the methods of watching, asking and learning, and got a preliminary understanding of the specific business knowledge in the company's work and expanded the professional knowledge I learned. It has laid a solid foundation for the normal work in the future. From the aspect of personal development, what has the greatest influence on me should be the work style as a social person and the important role of professional knowledge in the work process. Because these are all aspects that I have never touched in school, I will first tell you about my knowledge and experience in this area during my internship.
Graduation internship is an experience that every college student must have. It enables us to understand the society in practice and learn a lot of knowledge that we can't learn in class. It has benefited a lot, broadened our horizons and increased our knowledge, laying a solid foundation for us to further move towards society in the future. Because my company is xxxx Food and Beverage Co., Ltd., it is a private enterprise. Just entering the job, I found that I didn't understand a lot. Now in the office, I will read some books in other fields in my spare time. Although my major is of no use at this time, I think I should learn more. I can also give myself several choices when I find a job in the future. I have been working for more than three months now. In this short period of more than three months, maybe I just started working, and sometimes I can't stand the "anger" given by the manager, and I feel very uncomfortable, so I want to quit my job and change my job again. But when you think about it, it's also true to change your job. Isn't it always true to work under others?
You should do your job in a down-to-earth manner at the beginning. After all, you have no work experience. Now you should exercise yourself in all aspects when you have the opportunity. Otherwise, if you miss anything in the future, you will not be able to do it well. Compared with other people, my present job is well paid, not compared with others, and the job is not very difficult. It is easy to enter the job. The key is to learn how to speak, attitude and handle things with people. Because of my lack of experience, I still lack this aspect. Now I understand how good it is to be a student at school! Sooner or later, you have to work, sooner or later, you have to enter the society, and sooner or later, you have to face these inevitable things. Therefore, now I cherish the opportunity to learn. It is better to learn more than not to learn at all. It is better to learn more at the same time, which will be of great help to career choice in the future.
Besides, at work, mutual understanding makes me very grateful to them. Sometimes my colleagues have to come a little late for something, and they want me to work alone in the office. Occasionally, I will, and everyone gets along well. I feel that my present job is quite good, and the most important thing is that my colleagues around me are very good. There is no extra and unnecessary pressure in my heart, so I can work and study hard. Get a job first, then choose a job.
I want to exercise myself now. Study hard again, and then I believe that I will find a good job through hard work to repay my parents and all their teachers. There is nothing else to ask for. Now, of course, I put honing myself in the first place, not to mention the current treatment is not bad. During these three months, I learned something that I couldn't learn at school. Even if I understood everything, I sometimes couldn't do it well at first. In doing things now, we should not only hold the attitude of seeking advice from our hearts, but also learn how to learn from each other's strengths. The most important thing is to "endure", that is, persevere. Now, although I haven't been working for a long time, I find that I have really changed a little, and I will handle things better than before.
