In view of the recent detection of COVID-19 nucleic acid positive and related cases in imported cold chain foods in many places in China, the general public should be reminded to ask about the product source and purchase channel when purchasing frozen products. For imported frozen products, please check the COVID-19 nucleic acid detection certificate.

When buying frozen food, try to avoid direct contact with your hands. You can put on gloves or shopping bags and stop picking. After buying seafood products and going home, you can disinfect food packaging with 75% alcohol; When storing such products, it is best to use independent sealed packaging; When cleaning and cutting, we should also pay attention to the separation of containers, knives and chopping boards; Food should be cooked thoroughly before eating.

Importers, trading enterprises, production enterprises and operators engaged in frozen and refrigerated food storage business in our region should fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control enterprises, upload information in time in accordance with relevant regulations, and ensure that the source can be traced legally and the destination can be traced back.

Five, the general public should always maintain a sense of personal protection, develop a standardized wearing masks, wash their hands frequently, often ventilated, and maintain a safe social distance.
