VII. After Party B signs a trademark application transfer contract with the transferee on behalf of Party A, Party A shall unconditionally acknowledge (or ratify) Party B's agency behavior, and shall not bear all legal responsibilities arising from Party B's agency behavior.

VIII. After Party B signs the trademark application transfer contract with the transferee on behalf of Party A, Party A shall actively perform the transfer contract and provide necessary materials to cooperate with Party B and the transferee to complete the trademark application transfer. If Party A is slow to cooperate with Party B in handling the above trademark transfer, address change and delivery procedures, or the required materials or signatures are inconsistent, it shall refund all the money that Party B has paid to Party A within three days, and Party A shall bear a late fee of 5% of the total transfer amount agreed in this contract.

IX. Any dispute arising from this contract shall be settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be brought to the people's court where Party B is located.
