if the lessee fails to use the lease for one month from the date of handling the lease formalities without justifiable reasons, the rental unit shall be deemed to have automatically waived the lease right and allocated it separately.
when the lessee terminates the use of the house, it shall make a statement in advance or notify the rental unit in writing, and go through the formalities of withdrawing the lease, and submit the house and equipment on time.

Article 5 When the rented house needs to be rebuilt or expanded, it should be reported to the rental unit for approval, and an agreement should be signed to clarify the financial burden, ownership of property rights, settlement form and other related issues, and go through the formalities according to relevant regulations. Article 6 The lessee must pay the rent on schedule. In case of rent arrears, in addition to paying the rent arrears, a late fee of 1% of the total rent arrears will be added for each overdue day. Article 7 In case of any of the following acts, the rental unit shall have the right to terminate the lease contract and reclaim the house for other arrangements, in addition to collecting rent and other arrears, recovering illegal income and claiming losses. And give criticism and education to the parties according to their circumstances and attitudes until they are investigated for legal responsibility:
1. Seize public houses;
2. sublease, transfer, lend or change the nature of use of rented and free public houses without authorization;
3, idle for more than three months;
4. accumulated arrears of rent for three months;
5. building houses in public property courts and buildings without authorization and profiting from them;
6. Altering or expanding the rented public houses without authorization;
7. There are other serious violations. Article 8 These Provisions shall apply to four districts, suburban mining areas and counties in the city. The rental of self-owned houses by organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions may be handled with reference to this provision. Article 9 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. Shijiazhuang Real Estate Management Bureau is responsible for the interpretation. Where the previous provisions are in conflict with these Provisions, these Provisions shall prevail.
