3, equity crowdfunding, this type of crowdfunding is in fact the way of investment to send equity, it refers to the company to let a certain percentage of shares, for ordinary investors. The investor gets the future income by contributing to the company. This mode of financing based on Internet channels is called equity crowdfunding.

4. Debt crowdfunding, in essence, is a form of credit activity in which both the investor and the fundraiser lend monetary funds in accordance with certain conditions such as interest rate and the necessity to return the principal. In accordance with Article 196 of China's Contract Law: "A loan contract is a contract in which the borrower borrows money from the lender and returns the borrowed money at maturity and pays interest".

The rules of crowdfunding are: the fundraising project must reach or exceed the target amount within the time predetermined by the initiator to be considered successful. Within a set number of days, reach or exceed the target amount, the project is successful, the initiator can get the funds; funding project is completed, the supporters will get the initiator pre-promised return, the return mode can be in kind, can also be a service, if the project funding fails, then all the funds have been returned to the supporters. Crowdfunding is not a donation, all the support of the supporters must have a corresponding return.
