Kit Mak (Mai Jieer), a new cookbook author, graduated from the Department of Hotel and Catering Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. At present, he is a guest cooking instructor of City' super, a columnist cookbook writer, the host of "Dao Tong Tian Di" cooking program of Hong Kong Broadband 718, a guest chef of Apple's interactive news website "Private Kitchen", a cookbook author, a food stylist and a cookbook designer of various catering institutions. Once served as guest chef and judge of TVB "Beauty Kitchen".
