Lift the counterweight, lift the car, drain the oil, and then remove the front motor and brake. The back is simpler. I don't know what you have there, but I really don't know the model. Take it down and see the model of the oil seal, or ask the manufacturer to tell the tractor model, project number and tractor model, and you will know. It's quite easy to change, and some of them need to be glued after replacement.
