4. For those who have returned to Hangzhou in some epidemic-related areas outside Zhejiang Province, Implement the health management measures of "7-day home health monitoring", "3-day home isolation medical observation +4-day home health monitoring" and "3-day centralized isolation medical observation +4-day home isolation medical observation"
