The process of receiving unemployment benefits is: 1. The company will send personnel to the social security bureaus where unemployment insurance is paid to handle unemployment registration within 0/5 days before the termination date of the labor contract; 2. According to the regulations of the Social Security Bureau, individuals who have paid unemployment insurance benefits for more than 1 year can apply for unemployment benefits if they meet the conditions for receiving them; 3. In the process of filing, the employer needs to submit four materials to the Social Security Bureau and affix the official seal of the unit. These four materials include: the notice of dismissal issued by employees and related files, unemployment certificate, unemployment report, and the daily routine of the company to the Municipal Social Security Bureau. 4. After the Social Security Bureau examines the unemployment registration, it informs the unemployed to go to training, receive unemployment benefits and apply for a work permit. 5. Unemployed personnel shall, after terminating or dissolving the labor relationship with the employer, apply for unemployment registration in the streets and towns where the household registration is located and apply for unemployment insurance benefits with the audit documents, vocational guidance and training cards, household registration books, identity cards and three one-inch bareheaded photos issued by the Social Security Bureau.
