First, the basic conditions of the recruitment target:

Three. Examination and employment methods:

2. 3. The remaining positions are evaluated by combining basic quality, resume performance evaluation and interview, with the full score of 100, and the scores are calculated according to the proportion of 20%, 30% and 50% respectively.

(1) Through the basic quality assessment, the relevant indicators of candidates are scored item by item.

(2) Through the resume performance evaluation, the relevant indicators of candidates are scored one by one, and according to the basic quality evaluation and resume performance evaluation scores, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 3: 1. If the ratio is less than 3: 1, the employer will discuss with the relevant departments to determine the interview candidates, and those with an interview score of less than 60 points will be unqualified.

(3) According to the basic quality evaluation, resume performance evaluation and interview results, according to the ratio of 1: 1, determine the personnel who participate in the physical examination and assessment from high score to low score. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the relevant standards for the recruitment of civil servants.

4. Recruited finalists shall undergo physical examination in comprehensive medical institutions at or above the municipal level according to the relevant standards for civil servants' physical examination. Assess those who pass the physical examination, mainly including morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and review their qualifications.
