Three. Examination and employment methods:

1. If the ratio between the number of applicants for the recruitment position and the number of people in the recruitment plan is less than 3: 1, it shall be determined by the employer in consultation with the relevant departments.

2. The recruitment assessment of secretaries and other positions adopts a combination of written examination and interview assessment, and the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions of 3: 1. Those whose interview scores are lower than 60 points are unqualified. Among them, the written test of comprehensive application ability of secretarial posts accounts for 60%, and the interview accounts for 40%; Human resources, auditing, accounting, information management, engineering archives management positions to participate in the basic quality test. The written test score accounts for 40%, and the interview score accounts for 60%. From high score to low score, the contestants are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.

3. The remaining positions are evaluated by combining basic quality, resume performance evaluation and interview, with the full score of 100, and the scores are calculated according to the proportion of 20%, 30% and 50% respectively.

(1) Through the basic quality assessment, the relevant indicators of candidates are scored item by item.

(2) Through the resume performance evaluation, the relevant indicators of candidates are scored one by one, and according to the basic quality evaluation and resume performance evaluation scores, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 3: 1. If the ratio is less than 3: 1, the employer will discuss with the relevant departments to determine the interview candidates, and those with an interview score of less than 60 points will be unqualified.

(3) According to the basic quality evaluation, resume performance evaluation and interview results, according to the ratio of 1: 1, determine the personnel who participate in the physical examination and assessment from high score to low score. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the relevant standards for the recruitment of civil servants.

4. Recruited finalists shall undergo physical examination in comprehensive medical institutions at or above the municipal level according to the relevant standards for civil servants' physical examination. Assess those who pass the physical examination, mainly including morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and review their qualifications.
