Take the frozen meat out of the refrigerator and soak it directly in water. The thawing speed is not much faster at all. After thawing in water, the meat quality will become worse, and the nutrition and umami will be lost!

Wrap the frozen meat in a heatable plastic wrap or bag, put it in a microwave oven and heat it for 2 minutes on low fire, then heat it for 3 minutes on high fire, adding up for 5 minutes before and after, which can easily solve the thawing problem!
