Two, education and qualification requirements

1, with a doctoral degree in science and engineering related majors, engaged in declaring professional work.

2, with a master's degree in science and engineering related disciplines, engaged in the declaration of professional work for two years, assistant engineer for two years.

3, with a bachelor's degree in science and engineering related disciplines, engaged in declaring professional work for five years, assistant engineer for four years.

4, with science and engineering related college degree, engaged in declaring professional work for 7 years, assistant engineer for 4 years.

Third, declared engineer intermediate title of the paper, thesis requirements

The paper should be submitted to the Assistant Engineer in my own independent writing and my professional work is closely related to the professional work with a high academic level of professional papers, 1-2, the word count of not less than 3,000 words.

At the same time, the submission of papers should pay attention to the following requirements:

1. The evaluation committee will use a third-party software to check the overlap of the main paper submitted by the applicant, and implement the "one-vote veto" if there is any academic falsification.

2. Dissertations will not be submitted as title evaluation papers.

3. Publicly published papers, make sure that the printout is identical to the submitted copy of the published paper. Declarant should provide official publications before the deadline for material declaration, thesis acceptance certificate, newspapers and electronic papers are not based on the declaration.

Four, declaring the engineer intermediate title continuing education requirements

According to the relevant provisions, professional and technical personnel evaluation and appointment of intermediate professional and technical titles (positions), each year is required to complete the required training in the public subjects. 2019 before the title evaluation, you need to complete the public subject courses of Intellectual Property Rights, Innovative Knowledge (Junior), Project Management (Junior), Artificial Intelligence and Application" and other public subject courses for 60 credit hours (cumulative calculation of credit hours with 2018). In addition, for credits of public subjects attended before 2017, the calculation is based on 1 credit corresponding to 3 credit hours. For those who have passed the foreign language and title computer application ability examinations and have not exceeded the five-year period, they can be converted into 3 credit hours of public subjects respectively.

Title foreign language and computer aptitude test scores are no longer declared as a professional title of the prerequisite, so the certificate of qualification of the examination of foreign languages and computers for the non-mandatory materials. According to the "Regulations on the Implementation of Engineering and Technical Personnel Positions", foreign language and computer skills are important tools for professional and technical personnel to study and research, but also the embodiment of the quality of the comprehensive capabilities of the technical staff, therefore, the declarant can provide their own materials reflecting their own level of foreign languages and computers (obtained within the past five years), for the experts to refer to in the evaluation.
