Beijing Yoshinoya Fast Food Co., Ltd. is a professional operator of food and beverage retailing set up by Hong Kong-based Hop Hing Group Holdings Ltd. and its majority shareholder, Hong Kong-based Hung's Group, for the purpose of developing and upgrading its chain of food and beverage restaurants in mainland China. Beijing Yoshinoya Fast Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, and by virtue of a signed long-term franchise agreement, the Group Fast Food operates Yoshinoya in northern China. Yoshinoya brand stores are located in many provinces and cities across China, with over 200 Yoshinoya brand stores in Beijing alone.
