Epidemic prevention and control headquarters of counties and development zones, working groups and supervision groups of the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, Relevant units directly under the municipal government: According to the spirit of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Inspection and Use of "Health Codes" and the Notice on Carrying out the Inspection of Health Codes and Communication Big Data Travel Cards in the Accommodation Industry of the whole province, in order to further strengthen the management of personnel flow during the epidemic prevention and control, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, it is decided to carry out the work of scanning code verification, communication travel card inspection, entry and return and registration of fever personnel in the whole city. The specific work is hereby notified as follows:

1. Traffic stations in our city, such as airports, railway stations and long-distance bus stations, supermarkets, catering units, hotels, restaurants, farmers' markets, theaters, gyms, cafes, chess rooms, swimming pools, scenic spots and other public places, medical institutions, prisons, pension institutions, welfare homes and residential quarters, etc., must post the two-dimensional codes of Hubei health code places as required. For the elderly who have not applied for the "health code", they will be released under the condition that their body temperature is normal and their personal information is registered.

2. All accommodation enterprises, including hotels, hotels, homestays, holiday camps and other enterprises that provide accommodation services to consumers, must post the QR code of Hubei Health Code Place and the QR code of Communication Big Data Travel Card as required, and carry out "code scanning verification, travel card inspection and green code release". On the basis of health code inspection, communication big data travel card must be inspected.

3. During the inspection process in each place, the personnel who enter and return to the Xiang, who are prompted by the itinerary card to visit the high-risk and medium-risk areas, should immediately enter the Citizen Center module of Alipay or the Epidemic Prevention and Control module of the I Xiangyang APP through their own mobile phones, and select "Registration of fever after entering the Xiang" to register truthfully.

4. The village should make a good publicity, and notify the people who have entered and returned to the Xiang through WeChat group and QQ group to voluntarily report their travel and personal health status to their communities and units within 14 days, and enter the "Citizen Center" module of Alipay or the "Epidemic Prevention and Control" module of "I Xiangyang" APP through their mobile phones, and select "Registration of fever after entering Xiang" to register truthfully.

5. The first inspection responsibility system shall be implemented in places that need code scanning, verification and release. It is necessary to specify the personnel in charge of access management, and advise the implementation of prevention and control measures such as "code scanning", "temperature measurement" and "wearing masks". Persons with abnormal body temperature should scan the client's "health code" in time and choose to measure their body temperature for registration. Persons with abnormal body temperature are strictly prohibited from entering, and contact 121 to be transferred to the local fever clinic for treatment.

6. The data of risk points of epidemic prevention and control in the whole city will be pushed to the corresponding villages through the epidemic prevention and control module of the unified acceptance platform in the whole city, and the first acceptance responsibility system will be implemented for the handling of epidemic prevention and control. The village should specify the person who is responsible for the handling of epidemic prevention and control on the platform, and feed back the handling situation through the platform. It is necessary to ensure that accurate mobile phone contact information is kept on the platform so as to know the handling situation in time through SMS.

The township governments and sub-district offices should complete the registration of the epidemic normalization monitoring system as soon as possible, and pay close attention to the registration and disposal of fever patients in their respective jurisdictions in time to ensure that no one is missed in the registration and disposal of fever.

8. All localities should strictly implement "code scanning verification, travel card inspection and green code release". The Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters will regularly inspect the inspection of health codes and communication big data travel cards through big data comparison, and notify the places and management units that fail to implement the inspection according to regulations.
