7. Hygienic inspection report of products or trial production samples (annual inspection report obtained by health administrative departments at or above the county level) and product implementation standards (including enterprise standards);

9, health permit application.

Before applying for registration with the administrative department for industry and commerce, food production and marketing enterprises and food vendors must first obtain the hygiene license issued by the administrative department for health.
