Hotels and restaurants should establish and implement the fire safety responsibility system step by step according to law, and clarify the fire safety responsible persons and post responsibilities at all levels and positions.

The main person in charge of the hotel is the person in charge of fire safety of the unit, who is fully responsible for the fire safety work of the unit and makes overall arrangements for the fire safety management of the unit. The unit or the person in charge of fire safety shall determine the fire safety administrator according to the needs, be responsible for organizing and implementing the daily fire safety management, and mainly perform the duties of formulating and implementing the fire safety system, organizing and carrying out fire inspection and inspection, rectification of fire hazards, fire safety publicity, education and training, fire fighting and emergency evacuation drills. When contracting, leasing or entrusting management, the property right unit shall provide buildings that meet the requirements of fire safety, and the parties concerned shall specify the fire safety responsibilities of all parties in the contract concluded in accordance with relevant regulations.

The management personnel and departments of hotels and restaurants should determine full-time (part-time) fire management personnel; More than 50 hotels and restaurants should also set up or determine functional departments to conduct centralized management of fire control work.

The functional departments in charge of fire control work and full-time (part-time) fire management personnel shall implement fire safety management under the leadership of the person in charge of fire safety or the fire safety administrator.

Fire Patrol Hotel shall conduct fire patrol at least once every 2 hours, and designate patrol personnel and parts, focusing on the following contents:

(a) whether the safety exits and evacuation routes are clear;

(two) whether the safety evacuation signs and emergency lighting are in good condition and effective;

(three) whether the fire fighting facilities are working normally and whether the fire fighting equipment is in good condition and effective;

(four) whether the normally closed fire door is in the closed state, and whether the articles that affect the use are piled up under the fire shutter door;

(five) whether it is illegal to use fire, electricity, oil and gas;

(six) the fire control room and kitchen, laundry room, fire pump room, boiler room, power distribution room, generator room and other key parts of the staff on the job.

After the entertainment places, conference rooms, kitchens, tea rooms and other areas are used or closed, the remaining kindling should be removed and unnecessary power and gas sources should be cut off. The problems found in the inspection should be handled in time, and those that cannot be handled should be reported in time, and corrective and preventive measures should be implemented.
