Regulations on health management in public places
Article 7? Personnel who directly serve customers in public places can only engage in their own work with the Health Certificate. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
The new regulation of health certificate is that the staff engaged in the production and operation of food and environmental drugs must have a health examination every year, and they must go to the municipal CDC for examination. Only after passing the examination can they apply for a health certificate. Please consult your local CDC for details.
