What is an oil filter?
Waste oil filter, also known as waste oil filter. principle of operation

The filter cake layer filter is composed of multiple porous filter elements in a closed container, and the filter elements are covered with filter cloth (or other filter media). During filtration, the slurry is pumped into the filter, and the liquid phase in the slurry enters the center of the porous filter element through the filter medium, and is collected and discharged at the clear liquid outlet. Before the filter cake layer is formed, the discharged "clear liquid" is returned to the feed slurry inlet and sent to the filter for circulating filtration until the filter cake layer is formed (which can meet the filtration requirements), providing signal control.

After normal filtration for a period of time, when the filter cake layer on the porous wick reaches a certain thickness, a signal is provided to control feeding (stop), and then the residual liquid in the filter is discharged. After drainage, provide signals to control the blowback port (compressed air, nitrogen or saturated steam) to make the filter cake fall off. After backblowing for a certain period of time, stop backblowing and send a signal to open the slag discharge port of the filter to discharge slag. After slag discharge, close the slag discharge port and return to the initial state before filtration.
