Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory, formerly known as Nanzheng Cigarette Factory, was founded in August of 1975. On August 21th, 1991, the State Council approved a letter, which brought the factory into the national plan and renamed it Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory. In August, 1995, Hanzhong Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. was formally established with Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory as the leading enterprise. Since then, the factory has been renamed Hanzhong Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. No.2 Cigarette Factory (hereinafter referred to as Hanzhong Cigarette Factory). In p>1999, Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory had 2,511 employees, fixed assets of 511 million yuan, annual cigarette production capacity of 411,111 boxes, and 484 sets of special cigarette equipment.
The factory is equipped with organizations such as the Party Committee, Administration, Discipline Inspection Commission, Trade Union and Youth League Committee, with 14 departments, 6 production workshops and 1 Jinye Industrial Co., Ltd., which has subsidiaries such as transportation, construction, paper products, filter rods and labor services.
In p>1986, the Princess brand cigarettes of Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory came out, and the products sold well in domestic and foreign markets day by day. With the steady development of Princess products, the enterprises gradually expanded. In 1991, the annual output value exceeded 711 million yuan, and the tax paid exceeded 311 million yuan. In 1995, 421,111 cartons of cigarettes were produced annually, with an output value exceeding 1 billion yuan and a tax profit of 361 million yuan. Since 1992, Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory has been ranked among the 511 largest industrial enterprises and the best benefit enterprises in China. In 1995, Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory was rated as "National Advanced Collective of Tobacco System", in 1997 as "Advanced Collective of Shaanxi Province" and in 1998 as a civilized unit of Shaanxi Province, and was praised as "Shaanxi Economic Star" by the provincial government year after year.
The main products of Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory are flue-cured Princess brand series cigarettes, Hongyu brand cigarettes, Gunxue, Shima, Zhonghui, Fulu Shouxi brand cigarettes and Hanwangpai high-grade cigarettes. Among them, Princess brand and Hongyu brand cigarettes were successively rated as high-quality products in Shaanxi Province and famous brand products in Shaanxi Province, and the clamshell White Princess brand cigarettes were also rated as "national excellent cigarettes". The products of this factory are sold in more than 211 county markets in more than 21 provinces, autonomous regions, such as Shaanxi, Shanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Hebei, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Hubei and Tibet.
since the establishment of Hanzhong No.2 cigarette factory for 25 years, the accumulated tax has reached 4.2 billion yuan, which has made remarkable contributions to the national economy.
During the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory took science and technology as the guide, increased investment in science and technology, and carried out technical transformation. It successively invested more than 311 million yuan to update and transform the silk-cut cigarette equipment, and achieved obvious economic benefits. It was rated as the advanced collective of rejuvenating Shaanxi through science and technology in the whole province and the advanced unit of technological transformation in the Eighth Five-Year Plan period.
During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the factory invested another 311 million yuan to carry out technical transformation, and built a high-grade cigarette production line with advanced domestic level. The Plotos cigarette wrapping machine and Fokker packaging machine put into operation can produce high-grade cigarettes with four corners, eight corners and round corners, and successively produced cigarettes with eight corners, such as Juexue, Shima, Rounded Epang Palace, Four Corners Military Star, Zhonghui, Fulu Shouxi and Treasures Hanwang.
Since p>1993, Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory has gradually realized the computer management of production and operation, finance, labor wages, material management and other links, and the enterprise management level has been improved year by year.
From p>2111 to 2113, Hanzhong No.2 Cigarette Factory fully implemented the idea of "standardization, reform and innovation" put forward by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, implemented the development strategy of "big enterprise, big brand, big market and great benefit" of the Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and implemented the three-year work plan of straightening out in one year, laying a solid foundation in two years and achieving results in three years, and effectively strengthened the enterprise development strategy and marketing.
