the food vendors mentioned in this regulation refer to the operators who sell food in the designated place and within the specified time, and make and sell food on the spot without a fixed store. "Small catering" refers to small restaurants, snack bars, and small beverage shops that have fixed stores, few employees, simple conditions, and fail to meet the requirements of the national food business license. These regulations are not applicable to the business area of more than 51 square meters.
