Baotou Catering Base of Baotou Passenger Transport Section of Hohhot Railway Bureau was established in March, 20 1 1. It is one of the largest railway catering processing bases in northwest China, and can provide more than 2,300 kilograms of pasta and non-staple food semi-finished products for regional trains every day.
Baotou processing base is mainly divided into six parts: cold storage room, freezing room, pastry room, processing room, distribution room and storage room. According to the production process, the processing room is divided into vegetable cleaning room, rough processing room and meat processing room, and each step has a special workshop and special personnel to operate. And the processing base has a set of strict regulations and procedures from the purchase, classified processing, preservation, storage to distribution and boarding of meals.
All the staff in the food processing base have undergone strict training and are certified. In addition, the base training room has been established for employees to study and train regularly, to ensure that the quality of personnel is not up to standard, to ensure the food safety of trains, and to reassure every passenger.
