Chapter II reserve emergency Article 8 The municipal people's government shall take the necessary means to strengthen the regulation of the grain market, to maintain the city's basic balance of the total supply and demand for food and basic price stability. Food operators should be subject to the government's unified arrangements and scheduling, undertake emergency tasks to ensure that the needs of the emergency work. Chapter III Management Article XVI engaged in food business activities, shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) accept food, industry and commerce administration, product quality supervision, health, price, food and drug supervision and other administrative departments of supervision and inspection, truthfully reflect the situation and provide relevant materials;
(2) the strict implementation of the national standards, shall not be processed and sold short of pounds, Adulteration, adulteration, substandard food products;
(3) strict compliance with market norms, shall not steal others' trademarks, hoarding, monopolization or manipulation of food prices, bullying;
(4) the sale of food should be in line with the statutory conditions of the inspection report issued by the inspection agency and the relevant permitted to sell the certificate.
