Only the business license of the small restaurant individual households can open the public account.

According to Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Renminbi Bank Settlement Accounts, the basic deposit account is a bank settlement account that the depositor needs to open for the daily transfer and settlement of cash receipts and payments. The following depositors can apply for opening basic deposit accounts:

(1) Enterprise legal person.

(ii) Unincorporated enterprises.

(3) Organizations and institutions.

(D) Regimental level (including) or above the army, armed police forces and decentralized duty detachment (sub).

(F) private non-enterprise organizations.

(vii) Off-site permanent organizations.

(viii) Foreign organizations in China.

"Measures for the Administration of Renminbi Bank Settlement Accounts," Article 24 Units The name of the bank settlement account shall be consistent with the full name of the supporting documents provided with the application for opening the account. Individual industrial and commercial households with the name of the bank settlement account shall be consistent with the name of its business license;

Individual industrial and commercial households without the name of the bank settlement account name, by the word "individual" and the business license recorded in the name of the operator. The name of a natural person opening a bank settlement account shall be consistent with the full name in the valid identity document provided by him.

Article 25 of the bank for the depositor to open a general deposit account, special deposit accounts and temporary deposit accounts, shall be notified in writing within three working days from the date of opening the basic deposit account bank.
