Simple method of braised pork:
Raw materials:
Pork belly with skin 1 kg, soy sauce 100ml, rock sugar 80 g, hawthorn 3, cooking wine or yellow wine 10ml.
Exercise:
1. Cut the pork belly into 2.5X2.5cm square pieces.
2. Put the cut meat into a bowl, add water to avoid the meat, and then add cooking wine 15 minutes.
