In education and teaching, what impressed me the most was that several teachers mentioned that students should make their own knowledge distribution tables and build knowledge networks with mind maps. More importantly, it can cultivate students' comprehensive analysis ability, understand the connections and differences between knowledge points, and strive to organically combine fragmentary knowledge, so as to facilitate students to integrate knowledge and form a geographical view. In addition, I also carefully studied the selection and analysis methods of test papers. The examination papers must be carefully selected, closely linked to the outline and targeted. For the analysis of test papers, I summarized the following methods: first, students explain and teachers correct and supplement. Students cooperate, correct mistakes by themselves and solve problems by themselves. Third, the teacher's explanation must be targeted around the key hot spots and weak points. Let the students have wrong questions and guide them to reflect. In addition, I also carefully observed each teacher's language expression, manners and appearance, PPT production, from which I also learned a lot.
I found that every teacher has his own unique style in courseware making. The most important of these is typesetting structure and logic. When teachers use full-color background and white text, the content to be expressed is more eye-catching. A teacher interspersed examination questions in the production between classes to strengthen understanding and make his views more convincing. A teacher added his own poems to the courseware to strengthen students' memory. These experiences are what I should learn and learn from. Two months passed quickly. Looking back on every day, I am lucky that the teacher gave us the first day of this internship. When I first saw those lovely children, I was not afraid. When I arrived at the dusty No.4 Senior High School in Kazuo County, I saw that the living conditions were far from the imagined accommodation and living conditions, and the lost emotions came to my mind. But how can a child who grew up in a poor environment be afraid of hard conditions? The next day, I met the instructor, and a girl in my roommate and I were assigned to Grade Two. At first, we were not very happy, because when we were studying at school, the courses in Grade One were all practiced, and the courses in Grade Two were not involved at all, so it was difficult to prepare the courses by ourselves. But "a blessing in disguise is a blessing in disguise", that's all. There are two teachers in Senior Two, one is the group leader, the other is the male teacher and the other is the female teacher. It was only when we really attended the class that we found out that we were lucky. The two teachers who teach senior two are relatively strong, which is really a blessing in disguise. What I admire most is that when I first gave a lecture to students, the topic was this: "Strong acids and alkalis must be strong electrolytes, and they can be completely electrolyzed regardless of their aqueous solution concentration." The counterexample is concentrated sulfuric acid, which is not completely electrolyzed. I imagine it is because concentrated sulfuric acid is saturated in water, just as sodium chloride crystal is saturated in water. I think this is right, but the teacher asked me, is this from a college book? Or did you see it in some literature? I answered truthfully, nothing, just my own guess and imagination, but there seems to be no reason to overthrow my idea. Teacher Zou's guidance to me can be described as meticulous and thoughtful. She played an indispensable role in my transformation from a "prospective teacher" to a real "teacher". She asked me to listen to the exercises and new lessons first, and then let me use the evening self-study to give tutoring lessons to students to understand the students' situation, and then let me really go to the podium to start coaching exercises. So I began to try to connect the classes, but I found it difficult. So I can only revise the courseware and clear my mind at the same time. Give me a chance to buffer, I feel almost ready, so I gave a positive answer. In addition to my tutor, Mr. Zou, there are also my classmates and a new teacher in grade four. There are many people in the first class at the same time. I was really nervous and scared when I first stepped onto the platform, so I suppressed my emotions and started my first lesson in life. After a while, I began to adapt to my class and was no longer nervous. My classmates are very sensible and actively cooperate with me. My first class, they never had a class, and I am very grateful to them. In this way, with their active cooperation, I successfully finished the last class.
