Xu Xiaofang was born in a poor family deep in the mountains of Qiaoying Township, Xinchang County. When the four brothers split up, they couldn't tell each other for three nights. Ten years of tempering
Xu Xiaofang stayed in Hangzhou for ten years. "This is a decade of tempering my will, and it is also a decade when I learned to be a man and do things." From Xu Xiaofang's eyes, we can see that he is full of gratitude for this decade.
At that time, Xu Xiaofang worked in the provincial flowers and trees joint company under the Zhejiang Township Research Center. Huamu Company rented 500 mu of land in Xiaoshan, and they went there for maintenance. The hardships of living in barren hills are beyond words, but Xu Xiaofang, who is used to suffering in the mountains since childhood, only regards these as a way to sharpen his will.

The person in charge of the memorial hall asked Xu Xiaofang to help them buy flowers and trees. Xu Xiaofang bought flowers and trees for half a year and didn't earn a penny. Ten years of hard work
1in the spring of 992, Xu Xiaofang returned to work in Xinchang County Economic Research Center. With the support of the county, Xu Xiaofang established Xinchang County Wild Resources Development Company. Because the salary has not been paid yet, there is still a shortage of 2000 yuan. Xu Xiaofang had no money on him at that time, so he had to ask for help everywhere. Later, he borrowed 2000 yuan from a primary school classmate who was a doctor, and finally saved his life.
In the reform era, due to the collision of business ideas,1August 2, 993, Xu Xiaofang's manager position was suddenly dismissed by his superiors. Xu Xiaofang rented a basement and started his own company. To export products, you must have the right to import and export foreign trade. With the help of a group of enthusiastic people, he finally joined the provincial grain, oil and food import and export company and hung up the overseas Chinese affairs office in the county. The Wild Resources Branch of Zhejiang Grain, Oil and Food Import and Export Corporation, the predecessor of Toyoda Group, was born.
The company is getting on the right track, but can it achieve great things only by dozens of people? Xu Xiaofang has been thinking about this problem. He believes that the only way to make this industry bigger and stronger is to organize the broad masses of farmers, turn waste into treasure, turn poplar and Toona sinensis into export commodities and get rich from them!

During the period of 1998, affected by the Asian financial crisis, the exchange rate of the Japanese yen fell sharply, and the company encountered unprecedented severe challenges. The company's efficiency declined seriously, and its business became worse and worse. Faced with the grim situation, Xu Xiaofang had only one thought: "I would rather lose more myself and export more. The country is in temporary difficulties. We don't bear it, who will pick it?
