Of course, there are many food factories in China, so it is difficult to guarantee that small factories will follow the regulations. In the past, soy sauce ingredients were directly placed on the ground and swept with a broom, and mooncake fillings were directly stirred by hand, which made the production site messy and so on. However, large companies are still relatively secure. Before that, I worked as a temporary worker in Xu Fuji, and all personnel had to go through the following process when entering the workshop:
Change your shoes and wear a net cap-wash your hands with soap-clean water-dry them-soak them in disinfectant (the time for washing hands and soaking is specified)-dry them-wear a headscarf-change your clothes and wear a mask (only two eyes are exposed)-disinfect them with alcohol-wear gloves. After all, you can only go to work, and for the convenience of operation, all you bring are plastic gloves, which will break when you enter.
