Yi Liu
School of visual arts, head of public art major, associate professor. Director of Shanghai Creative Designers Association. IPA Fellow, International Public Art Association. 6 1 creative founder.
Through painting, sculpture, installation, video and performance, he explored the alienation between body and space, spirit and material, individual and public, and local and cultural issues and relationships. The unique style of classical modeling and contemporary color displayed in his day-to-day mobile phone digital painting creation explains his curiosity about life, mythical imagination, personal memory and life experience. The seemingly childish graffiti strongly reveals the life experience of adults and gives the audience a strong sense of bringing in. At the same time, he became interested in the narrative relationship between digital media, physical materials and creative themes, and a large number of plane or space art works with daily life and social scenes as the background came into being.
Shen
I was born in Shanghai, China. I graduated from Shanghai school of visual arts Painting Department of Fudan University with a master's degree and from Experimental Art Department of San Francisco Art College. Now I live and work in Shanghai. Shen tries to explore the relationship between time, memory and individual experience through creation. His creative media include photography, video, installation, performance and writing. Shen is good at reconstructing the relationship between time and memory with philosophical artistic language, and using the "light retention" of photosensitive materials to present the sense of time traceability and the perishable nature of memory.
