An is the leading series of red tourism in Dabie Mountain. There are many significant and far-reaching red resources in the local area, such as Jute Uprising, Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Hubei, Henan and Anhui Soviet Area, and Changsheng Street in Qiliping. In August 2004, Hubei Provincial Party Committee decided to build Hong 'an into the most important revolutionary traditional education base in the province. At the same time, the renovation of Hongan Martyrs Cemetery, the construction of Hongan Cadre Education College, and the exploration of Hongan spirit are the three highlights of the current base construction.

(A) Hong 'an Red Tourism Development Advantages

1. Red tourism resources are rich and well protected. Red tourism resources in Hong 'an County include revolutionary martyrs' cemeteries, museums, memorial sites for major events, former sites of various important institutions, and former residences of great men and celebrities. And they all have high taste. Among them, many classic red tourist attractions are in the forefront in Hubei, and some red tourist products have a high reputation in China, which is conducive to building a multi-level and multi-functional red tourist attraction system and characteristic tourist attractions. Most of the red tourism resources are well preserved and can truly reproduce the revolutionary historical features of that year. For example, the former site group of Changsheng Street in Qiliping, Hong 'an has become a national cultural relics protection unit and a national youth education base, providing a good foundation for tourism development.

2. The characteristics of red tourism resources are obvious, which is beneficial to development. The characteristics of red tourism resources in Hong 'an are outstanding: red tourism resources have unique geographical advantages and unique geographical advantages, and are adjacent to Wuhan (the first-class highway from Hong 'an to Wuhan is currently under construction, and it is estimated that it will only take 45 minutes to drive with Wuhan after opening to traffic), so it is easy to cooperate with neighboring provinces and cities to form a red tourism trend of joint development. The theme clues of red tourism resources are obvious, which is conducive to creating competitive and influential red tourism products. The spatial distribution of red tourist attractions (spots) is relatively concentrated, which is easy to be combined with natural tourism resources, which is conducive to generating scale benefits and agglomeration benefits and forming comprehensive tourism products.

3. Red tourist destinations have gradually formed. As an important part of Dabie Mountain Revolutionary Old District in Huanggang City, Hong 'an has been included in the national classic red tourist attractions (spots), and tourism product development, tourism infrastructure and supporting service facilities have begun to take shape. At present, Hong 'an, with the reputation of "the first general county in China", has become a well-known red tourist destination in Hubei Province. According to 13' s Outline of National Red Tourism Development, List of National Red Tourism Boutique Routes and List of National Red Tourism Classic Scenic Spots, among the 12 "key red tourist areas" cultivated in China, Dabie Mountain red tourist area centered on the border area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui has become the only red tourist area in Hubei Province that has won this honor, and its theme image is "a journey of a thousand miles".

(B) Hong 'an Red Tourism Development Disadvantages

1, red tourist attractions failed to form a red tourism product chain. Hong 'an and its surrounding areas are rich in red tourism resources, but there is a lack of effective integration between red tourist attractions (spots) and between red tourism and green tourism products. For example, there are more than 20 red tourist attractions (spots) in Hong 'an County, such as the former site of Huang Ma Uprising, the former site of Changsheng Street Revolution, the former site of Soviet government in Hubei, Henan and Anhui Special Zone, and the former site of Revolutionary Military Committee in Hubei, Henan and Anhui Special Zone, as well as many green tourist attractions (spots) such as Tiantai Mountain and Jiuyan Mountain. In addition, Dabie Mountain Red Tourist Area is the area with the most concentrated red tourist resources in Hubei Province. Dabie Mountain Eco-tourism Zone has a national forest park and is also a key eco-tourism zone in Hubei Province. However, the connecting roads between the red tourist attractions and the core green attractions in this area are in poor condition. There is no overall consideration in the organization of tourist routes, and the overall or segmented product portfolio trend has not yet formed.

2, scenic roads, surrounding environment, cultural relics protection and tourism service facilities are relatively poor. Because Hong 'an County is located in the old revolutionary base area of Dabie Mountain, the level of regional economic and social development is relatively backward, and the infrastructure conditions are not matched. The development of red tourism industry has a weak foundation, poor foundation, lack of funds and lagging infrastructure construction. The level of urban economic development supported by key red tourist attractions is relatively backward. Some red tourist attractions have poor road traffic conditions, serious pavement damage and disrepair. There is no drainage and flood control facilities, and sidewalks and steps are partially damaged. Some cultural relics are still privately owned by residents, especially in the former scenic spot, where non-cultural relics buildings are mixed with cultural relics buildings. The facades of some old buildings have uneven effects and different styles, which greatly affect and destroy the overall environment of cultural relics. There are also some scenic spots with poor sanitary conditions, and there is no supporting urban garbage and sewage collection and treatment system, which seriously affects the tourism image of scenic spots (spots) and the external environment needs to be vigorously rectified. Modern tourism lacks humanized service facilities; Lack of corresponding red tourism catering, red tourism commodities, souvenirs and other series of tourism products. The construction level of scenic spots is uneven. The water supply and power supply lines in many scenic spots are aging, and there are no tourist centers, toilets and tourist identification systems. Most scenic spots don't have matching parking lots. The green area of the scenic spot is insufficient, the green trees are single and the landscape is monotonous.
