Introduction of beer production
First of all, the production and brewing of beer is mainly divided into three steps, which is also an important process for making beer. The production of malt, whether barley malt or wheat malt, needs gelatinization. Water and malt are mixed together in a gelatinization pot. After heating and boiling, the wort will be separated into a filter.
When the wort enters the boiling pot again, it will be removed by the filter, and sugar will be added to mix with hops. After gelatinization in beer brewing, the brewing process needs saccharification. Mix the crushed malt with starch, this process should be carried out once in the gelatinization pot and once in the saccharification pot, and put the liquid liquefied in the gelatinization pot into the saccharification pot, and keep the temperature between 62 and 70 degrees.
Then it's fermentation time. Most of the yeast will settle at the bottom of the brewing tank. Take out the yeast and pour the prepared beer into the fermentor. During this period, the remaining yeast will gradually mature the flavor of beer. The waiting time for brewing different kinds of beer varies from 7 days to 2 1 day.
