Where to apply?

The applicant brings the relevant information to the administrative service hall of the street where the applicant is registered to apply for startup subsidies. If you are in a partnership and are eligible for startup subsidy, you should apply for startup subsidy together, or you can entrust one of the partners or shareholders in writing to apply for the subsidy on your behalf and submit the relevant documents. If the application for start-up subsidy is submitted by the same start-up partnership, the number of applicants eligible for the subsidy at the time of acceptance of the application shall prevail, and no other applicants can be added subsequently.

Audit and Issuance Process

1. Acceptance

(On the spot) After accepting the materials, the street public ****employment service organization shall check them on the spot. For materials complete, belonging to the scope of subsidies, issued by the "acceptance receipt"; for incomplete materials, issued by the "one-time corrective material notice"; for does not belong to the scope of subsidies, issued by the "inadmissibility of the receipt".

2, audit

(3 working days) Street public **** employment service agencies should be accepted within 3 working days from the date of completion of the initial check.

3. Approval

(2 working days) The street public **** employment service organization shall complete the review within 2 working days. After review, the street public **** employment service agency shall be subsidized by the object and the amount of information such as publicity for 7 natural days (publicity does not count as a time limit for the commitment); no objection to publicity, or objections, but after investigation does not meet the conditions of the subsidy, the review is passed, be paid. Publication of objections, and after investigation does not meet the conditions of the subsidy, the review fails, will not be paid.

4. Closing

(Approval is completed automatically) The system automatically completes the closing after the application is reviewed and approved.

5. Delivery

There is no delivery step for this service, and the district (new area) public ****employment service agencies will pay the subsidy into the applicant's/unit's bank account before the end of the following month after the review is approved in accordance with the stipulated procedures.

Warm Tips

(1) The first application for business start-up subsidies by a student enrolled in an ordinary college, vocational school or technical college in the city must be made by the applicant himself/herself on the spot and he/she must sign an undertaking to make a declaration in good faith.

(2) The subsidy standard has been implemented since January 1, 2019, and entrepreneurs who have already received subsidies for independent entrepreneurs to start their own businesses are not allowed to enjoy the subsidies repeatedly, and the difference in subsidies will not be retroactively applied.
