The fire control institution of the public security organ shall, within 30 working days from the date of receiving the filing materials for completion acceptance, complete the project acceptance in accordance with the mandatory requirements of fire control laws and regulations, the national technical standards for fire control of engineering construction and the evaluation standards for fire control acceptance, and make a good record of acceptance. The inspection results shall be published in the fire control completion acceptance record acceptance system.
3 fire acceptance refers to the fire department's investigation on the completion and operation of enterprises and institutions. When the construction unit carries out fire control acceptance, it needs the fire department to carry out safety inspection and inspection, and at the same time, it needs to issue an electrical fire control acceptance certificate. Electrical fire inspection has been included in the compulsory inspection of fire inspection by the Ministry of Public Security.
4. The fire control institution of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the evaluation criteria for fire control acceptance of construction projects, organize fire control acceptance of construction projects that have passed the fire control design audit. The fire control institutions of public security organs shall issue fire control acceptance opinions for the construction projects that are qualified through comprehensive evaluation; If the comprehensive evaluation conclusion is unqualified, it shall issue unqualified opinions on fire control acceptance and explain the reasons.
