3. Qualification examination. The qualification examination will be conducted simultaneously at the registration site. Those who meet the registration conditions will be issued an admission ticket by the recruiting unit.
There is no minimum ratio of managers and gardeners in the human resources department. If the number of qualified applicants for other positions is less than 3 times of the planned recruitment, the number of recruits will be reduced or the recruitment plan for related positions will be cancelled, and relevant information will be published on the designated website.
(3) Examination
The examination time is scheduled for the middle and late September, and the location will be decided separately. The specific time and requirements will be notified separately on the designated website.
The examination is conducted according to the category of recruitment positions (management and professional technical positions, ground skills positions), and consists of three parts: written examination, professional skills test and interview. The full marks of all parts are 100.
The written test (using Volume A) for management and professional technical posts accounts for 40% of the total score, the professional skill test accounts for 20%, and the interview accounts for 40%.
The written test of logistics skills post (using volume B) accounts for 20% of the total score. Skills test accounts for 40%, and interview accounts for 40%.

Volume A includes hotel service and management knowledge and classic case analysis of hotel service. Volume B is the knowledge of hotel service and management. Hotel Service and Management Knowledge is a textbook recommended by the Department of Personnel and Labor Education of National Tourism Administration and published by Tourism Education Press.
2. Skills test
All applicants take the skills test. It mainly tests the job skills and level of candidates.
After the skill test, according to the written test and skill test scores (converted according to the proportion included in the total score), from high to low, according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited for each position 1: 2, it is determined to enter the interviewer list.
Step 3 interview
The interview mainly tests the candidates' professional basic knowledge, professional concept, analytical judgment ability and comprehensive processing ability. The minimum qualified score for the interview is 60 points.
At the end of each exam, the finalists are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits from high to low, that is, 1: 1.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
The physical examination refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Revised).
The assessment is conducted according to the Detailed Rules for the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) and combined with the specific requirements of the recruitment position.
Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be replenished from high to low among the shortlisted interviewers.
(5) Publicizing the personnel to be recruited.
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment are determined to be employed by our company, and will be publicized on the hotel website within one week after the assessment. The publicity time is not less than 7 days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the person to be hired or there is a problem that does not affect the employment after verification, the entry and employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures.
Fourth, treatment.
The employing personnel and the recruiting unit sign the employment contract (including the probation period) of the institutions in Zhejiang Province and bring it into the establishment management of the institutions.
In case of system reform after the signing of the employment contract, the relevant matters such as post and salary shall be studied and decided according to the relevant policy terms.
