Non-private sector average annual wage is higher, faster growth

Urban non-private sector employees average annual wage of 74,316 yuan, an increase of 4,095 yuan over the previous year, an increase of 5.8% year-on-year;

Urban non-private sector on-the-job workers average annual wage of 77,563 yuan, an increase of 4,263 yuan over the previous year, an increase of 5.8% year-on-year. Yuan, an increase of 5.8% year-on-year;

In the urban non-private sector, the three industries with the highest average annual wages are health and social work 98,446 yuan, culture, sports and entertainment 98,085 yuan, 95,989 yuan, information transmission software and information technology services, respectively, for the province's average level of 1.32 times, 1.32 times and 1.29 times. In 2019, the province's average annual wages of those employed in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in urban non-private units and urban private units increased by 18.1% and 2.1% respectively; the average annual wages of those employed in the real estate industry increased by 8.8% and 8.7% respectively; and the average annual wages of those employed in the mining and manufacturing industries in urban non-private units increased by 7.0% and 8.4% respectively.

According to the Action Plan to Increase All-Social R&D Investment in Hunan Province (2017-2020), by 2020, the total amount of all-social R&D investment will reach about 109.2 billion yuan, accounting for 2.5% of GDP.
