1. Two installation problems of range hood
As we all know, range hoods pay attention to "three points to buy and seven points to pack". If people's installation quality is not up to standard, it is useless for people to buy expensive range hoods, and the smoke exhaust effect will still be poor. In the installation process of range hood, two problems are most likely to be left behind, namely, installation height and smoke pipe problem.
1. Installation height of range hood. Generally speaking, the installation height of the range hood is fixed, that is, the top suction range hood, and the distance between the bottom edge of the range hood and the gas stove is between 65 cm and 75 cm; Side-suction range hood, the distance between the bottom of the range hood and the gas stove is 20cm-40cm. In the range of two installation heights, the lower the height of the range hood, the better, so that the smoke is strong.
However, some people just don't play by common sense. They take the initiative to increase the installation height of the range hood, because they make the hanging cabinet high, but they want to make the range hood and the hanging cabinet on a horizontal plane, which will lead to the installation height of the range hood exceeding the specified installation height and make the smoking effect invalid. This situation is not that the installation master is not professional enough, but that someone else's pot. You know, when people are cooking, the oil smoke is floating upwards and spreading around. If the distance between the range hood and the gas stove is too far, the time for the oil fume to spread will become longer, and the spread oil fume cannot be discharged by the range hood, which will eventually fill the kitchen with oil fume.
2. Smoke pipe of range hood. This belongs to the installation master's technology, you know, the range hood needs to be connected to the public flue with a hose. After the hose is installed, it needs to be hung and fixed with tools, so that the hose can be up or horizontal and cannot sag. If the smoke pipe installed by the master hangs down, the pressure in the pipe will increase, which will eventually lead to poor smoke exhaust effect. The hose sags, which is generally not fixed well by the master.
In addition to the master's reason, there is another reason that the hose of the range hood is aging and the hardness is reduced, which leads to deformation and eventually sagging. Generally speaking, the worse the quality of rubber hose, the faster the aging speed. In order to avoid this situation, people had better buy high-quality pipes.
Second, two problems in the use of range hoods
Regarding the use of range hoods, many people feel that they have no problem with them, but they are on and off. Indeed, the range hood can be used when it is on, but if you want to smoke well, people have to pay attention to two problems.
1, doors and windows. When people are cooking in the kitchen, if the whole kitchen is closed, there will be less air and less pressure. The lampblack machine can't absorb the lampblack in the end, which will lead to the lampblack not being discharged. Therefore, when people turn on the range hood, they should open the doors and windows, but it should be noted that the doors and windows should not be too wide, just open a crack. If it is too large, it will form convection, and it will also make the range hood unable to absorb lampblack.
2, windproof. Anyone who has been to the hardcover room will find that the range hood of the hardcover room is not installed under the window or facing the door, which is for wind protection. You know, when the lampblack is sucked away, it has to go through the process of rising and spreading. If the lampblack machine is facing the tuyere, the diffusion speed of the lampblack machine becomes faster, and the lampblack machine spreads before it is exhausted, so that the kitchen is full of lampblack. So the range hood should be installed in a sheltered place. If it can't be installed in a sheltered place, when the range hood works, either close a window or close the kitchen door, that is to say, don't let the air in the kitchen form convection.
The problem of three or two gas stoves
As we all know, range hoods and gas stoves are used together. If there is something wrong with the gas stove, it will also affect the smoke exhaust effect of the range hood. Gas stoves are most likely to cause poor smoke discharge from range hoods for the following two reasons:
1, gas range size. The length and width of the gas stove shall not exceed that of the range hood. Once it exceeds the range hood, the lampblack that is not within the range of the range hood will spread, making the smoke exhaust effect worse. If people buy a side range hood with a small width, it is recommended to use it with a mini gas stove. If people don't know whether the length and width of the gas stove exceed the range hood, they can buy a range hood directly, in which the range hood and the gas stove are well matched, and there will be no size problem.
2. The location of the gas stove. The oil fume will form a negative pressure area in its designated area, and the oil fume in this area can be absorbed and discharged. The center of the negative pressure area is the center of the whole range hood, so the gas stove should be aimed at this center, so that the smoke exhaust effect is the best. If the gas stove is not in the center of the negative pressure area of the range hood, then you can only cook and be surrounded by lampblack.
