Is it unsanitary for a tour group to eat in excess of 31%?

On 12, China Consumers Association released the Experiential Investigation Report on Some Domestic Tourist Routes. From September 11 to October 7, China Consumers Association organized 196 volunteers to serve as "experiencers" and participated in 96 routes covering 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China as ordinary consumers. The results were quite shocking-there were problems in all aspects of 96 routes before, during and after the trip.

The outstanding problem of catering is that some group meals are inconsistent with the contract and unsanitary. 25.2% of the experiencers said that the catering during the trip was inconsistent with the contract commitment, mainly manifested in reducing the amount and increasing the money. For example, a travel agency route from Haikou to Sichuan, the contract stated that it was 12 dishes and 1 soup, but it was actually 8 dishes and 1 soup. In the route of a travel agency from Hunan to Hainan, the tour guide asked the tourists to pay RMB 111 on the spot and increase the meal label from 21 yuan to RMB 121. If the tourists don't agree, they can't act with the group.

31.6% of the experiencers rated the catering as unsanitary. When the experiencer took part in a travel agency route, flies appeared in the lunch of the ancient tea-horse road in Lashihai, and what's more, the steamed bread provided to tourists was moldy. 35.9% of the experiencers pointed out that during the trip, the price of catering food was significantly higher than that of similar food in other regions. There are more cases of rising food and beverage prices on holidays.
