The purpose is to make the responsible persons, food safety managers and chefs of catering service units further master the business knowledge of food safety management, and constantly improve their legal awareness, integrity management awareness and food safety responsibility awareness. I hope that all of you here will attach great importance to it, cherish this training opportunity, study hard, and effectively improve the level of food safety management. I would like to take this opportunity to make three comments:

First, recognize the situation and fully understand the importance of this food safety training

In recent years, with the occurrence of food safety incidents such as "gutter oil" and "clenbuterol", the whole society has paid great attention to food safety. The relationship between food safety is not only the image of the government and the country, but also related to the health and life safety of the people. As the entrance link of food safety chain from farmland to table, catering service units, especially catering service units that undertake group banquets, may have group food safety accidents once they are negligent in food safety management and improper in cooking and processing. Food safety supervision of group dinners is also the focus and difficulty of our market supervision department. Participants should realize that the real food safety of catering services is not supervised by our law enforcement departments, but realized by the catering service managers, managers and employees who are present here in their daily work in accordance with the law. As a food safety supervision department, our next work direction is to take the new version of the Food Safety Law as the criterion, and the relevant laws and regulations of the State Council as the basis, strictly punish the chaos, increase the punishment, and conduct on-site supervision and patrol inspection on catering service units with greater risks in combination with quantitative and hierarchical management and special rectification of food safety. Once food safety problems in catering services are found, we will quickly investigate them, seal up the problematic products as soon as possible, order them to stop production and business, and impose severe administrative penalties. Anyone who intentionally and subjectively endangers food safety shall have his license revoked, and the person in charge of the enterprise shall not engage in the relevant food industry again. Those suspected of committing crimes shall be promptly transferred to judicial organs and severely punished.
