Any violation of the provisions will be dealt with by the competent department of people's air defense, the administrative department of construction (housing) and other relevant administrative departments in accordance with the law.

The use of underground space prohibited 10 kinds of behavior
(a) the production, operation, storage, use of hazardous chemicals and flammable and explosive substances;
(b) the use of electric stoves, electric mattresses, hot water heaters and other fire-source appliances and gas water heaters without forced-venting;
(c) the use of coal, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, etc., and the ratio of the density of air is greater than or equal to the combustible gas to do 0.75 of combustible gases as fuel and other harmful gases generated equipment, facilities;
(d) the use of oil-immersed power transformers and other oil-immersed electrical equipment;

Underground space rental living conditions

Underground space standards for the number of people
(a) video halls, screening halls to accommodate the total number of people according to the floor area, per 100 square meters shall not exceed 100 people;
(b) other cultural and entertainment venues according to the floor area, per 100 square meters shall not exceed 50 people;
(c) office, residential premises to accommodate the total number of people according to the actual use of the room area, per 100 square meters shall not exceed 50 people;
