Article 3 Responsibilities of Party B

Article 4 Agreement on Project Quality and Acceptance

Article 5 Project Payment Agreement

6.2 Warranty scope: Water leakage caused by material aging, lap cracking, falling off and other reasons belongs to the warranty scope. Material breakage or water leakage caused by cracking of leveling layer, cracking of base course and sinking of base course are not covered by the warranty.
6.3 For the items that belong to the warranty scope and content, Party B shall send someone to repair them within 3 working days after receiving the warranty notice. If Party B fails to send someone to repair it within the agreed time limit, Party A may entrust someone else to repair it, and the warranty fee shall be deducted from the quality warranty fund.
Article 7 Liability for breach of contract
7. 1 If Party A fails to pay the project payment as agreed in the contract, Party B has the right to stop the construction, and Party A shall be responsible for the construction delay caused thereby. Party A shall bear the lost time expenses caused to Party B during the shutdown period.
7.2 Party A must ensure the time limit for a project, the construction quality and the smooth progress of the waterproof project. If the base does not meet the requirements of waterproof construction specifications, Party A requires Party B to carry out the construction, and Party A is responsible for providing Party B with the construction cost.
7.3 During the construction, Party B shall strictly follow the drawings or the scheme agreed by both parties and Party A's technical disclosure to ensure the quality and quantity of the construction.
7.4 During the construction, Party A shall pay attention to the protection of finished products. If Party A damages or pollutes the waterproof products during the construction, it will be handled by Party A after confirmation by both parties.
