Binzhou is a prefecture-level city in Shandong Province, known as the coast of Bohai Sea and the state of Yellow River. It is located in the north of Shandong Province, the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta, the southwest coast of Bohai Bay, the sea in the north, Dongying City in the east, Zibo City in the south, Jinan City in the southwest, Dezhou City in the west and Haixing County and Huanghua City in Hebei Province across the Zhang Weixin River in the northwest.
