First, all operators should strictly abide by the People's Republic of China (PRC) Price Law and the provisions on clearly marked prices and prohibition of price fraud, and other price laws, regulations and rules implemented this month, earnestly mark prices clearly, and consciously achieve price self-discipline and integrity management.

Second, all operators should take the initiative to assume social responsibilities, participate in social governance, cooperate with relevant government departments to do a good job in ensuring supply and stabilizing prices in the market, provide consumers with reasonably priced prevention and control drugs and daily necessities, and maintain stable market price order.

Three, the operator shall not fabricate and spread information about price increases, drive up prices, hoard, promote commodity prices to rise too high and too fast, and disrupt the market price order.

Four, operators shall not collude with each other, manipulate market prices, damage the legitimate rights and interests of other operators or consumers; There shall be no price monopoly that excludes or restricts competition.

Five, the operator shall not implement the following price fraud:

Falsely stating that the prices of goods and services are government-set or government-guided prices;

Cheat consumers or other operators at low prices and settle accounts at high prices;

Selling goods or providing services by means of false discount, price reduction or price comparison;

When selling goods or providing services, use deceptive and misleading language, characters, numbers, pictures or videos to indicate price information;

Refusing to perform or not fully performing the price commitment without justifiable reasons;

Do not mark or significantly weaken the price conditions that are unfavorable to consumers or other operators, and trick consumers or other operators into trading with them;

When the price is deducted by points, gift certificates, exchange vouchers, vouchers, etc., it refuses to deduct the price as agreed.

Other price fraud.

Six, each operator shall not sell goods or provide services at a price higher than the clearly marked price, and charge any unspecified fees and other acts in violation of the clearly marked price.

Seven, the relevant industry associations should give full play to the demonstration role of industry self-discipline, and actively guide industry operators to operate legally.

The city's market supervision department will further strengthen the supervision and inspection of market prices during the epidemic prevention and control period, and will punish illegal acts that are not rectified after being warned; Typical cases with serious circumstances and bad nature will also be publicly exposed through the news media; Suspected of a criminal offence, handed over to the public security department for legal disposal.
