1. First, right-click my computer and click Properties, as shown in the following figure.

2. then click the home page of the control panel, as shown in the figure below.

3. then click devices and printers, as shown in the figure below.

4. then right-click the connected printer and click printer properties.

5. then click color management, and then continue to click color management, as shown in the figure below.

6. click advanced, and finally restore all the color system configuration files to the system default values. click close to complete the operation.
