Note on the use of Sodexho:1. Cardholders should present Sodexho and valid IDs of the cardholder and purchaser. If redeemed by another agent, both the agent and the principal's valid IDs should be presented. Sodisca purchased by a unit can only be redeemed by the unit.
2. To redeem Sodexo, a bank transfer should be used and Sodexo should return the redeemed funds to the original bank account. In case of cash purchase or cancellation of the original card purchasing bank account, the redemption funds shall be returned to the unit or individual bank account provided by the cardholder with the same name as the card purchaser. Cash can be used if the redemption amount of a single Sodexo card is less than $100.
3. When the redemption service is processed, the corresponding redemption fee shall be charged according to the balance of the Sodisca, as detailed in the catalog of service fees.
