In recent years, the company has gradually carried out cleaner production. According to the requirements of cleaner production, combined with the actual production situation of the company, considering the whole process of product design, production, use and recycling, the purpose is to save energy, reduce consumption, reduce pollution and increase benefits. On the basis of economic and technical feasibility analysis and field investigation, a cleaner production scheme with low cost/no cost, less capital investment and obvious environmental and economic benefits is adopted. Mainly implement the following cleaner production scheme.
A. regional cooperation to improve sludge disposal methods and turn waste into treasure.
By adding sludge treatment equipment, the water content of sludge will be reduced from 73% to below 60%, and the weight and volume of sludge will be reduced by nearly 30%. Then, the sludge is transported by the loader to the screw conveyor, and then transported by the conveyor belt to the boiler for incineration. Not only can part of heat be generated, but also calcium carbonate in sludge can be used as desulfurization raw material of boiler, which not only reduces the discharge of solid waste, but also reduces the consumption of limestone and coal, and realizes the small circulation of solid waste in the factory production process. The total investment is about 2.2 million yuan, which can save about 3.2 million yuan every year. At the same time, cooperate with the park sewage plant to burn the sludge produced by the park sewage plant.
B. Carry out reclaimed water reuse and make full use of water resources.
A large amount of wastewater will be produced in the process of papermaking production. Although the treatment is better than the national first-class emission standard, it still has some impact on the environment. By investing 2 million yuan, the reclaimed water recycling pipeline was specially laid, and the treated wastewater was used for washing water of some equipment in the factory and watering flowers and trees instead of washing water of some equipment, thus reducing the company's clean water and wastewater discharge. At present, it saves clean water 1600 tons per day and reduces wastewater discharge 1600 tons per day.
C, recovering carbon dioxide in the waste gas to produce calcium carbonate.
In the process of papermaking, the company needs to add light calcium carbonate. In 2004, the company cooperated with American Special Minerals Co., Ltd. to build a project with annual output of 1 1 10,000 tons of light calcium carbonate. In this project, carbon dioxide contained in boiler exhaust gas reacts with calcium oxide, and then light calcium carbonate is produced by screening for production process. It not only reduces the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide, but also makes full use of the waste heat of boiler exhaust gas. According to statistics, the project can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 48,000 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 1 10.98 tons per year.
