Ma Guoqin. Ma Guoqin became the president of the Urumqi Catering Association in 2019. Urumqi, commonly known as Urumqi and formerly known as Dihua, is the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the political, economic, cultural, scientific and educational, and transportation center of Xinjiang, and an important central city in Northwest China as approved by the State Council.
