The dormitory conditions of Henan Water Conservancy and Environment Vocational College are still good, and the school has living facilities such as libraries and supermarkets. The school, formerly known as Henan Water Conservancy School, was founded in 1955. Higher vocational education began in 2002. There are four campuses: Zhengzhou Garden Road Campus, Zhengzhou Airport Campus, Xinyang Campus and Luohe Campus, covering an area of 7 12 mu.

Among them, Zhengzhou Airport Campus is located in Shuanghe Lake District in the south of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, adjacent to Zone B of Garden Expo Park, which was initially completed and put into use in 2020. The airport campus has a planned construction area of more than 300,000 square meters. When completed, the new campus will be intelligent and garden-like.

The school has high-speed campus network, data center computer room, multimedia teaching environment, electronic reading room and other modern facilities, as well as a "one-stop" information service platform serving office, teaching, student life and other fields, realizing the "one-card" management of catering consumption, access control system, safe electricity management, public bathing, self-service charging and so on.

The campus has full coverage of wired and wireless networks, and was named as a standardized digital campus by the Henan Provincial Department of Education. Student accommodation is managed in apartments, and all apartments are equipped with air conditioning equipment.
