What are the foods prohibited to be purchased and operated by school cafeterias?
Catering unit operators are prohibited from purchasing the following foods:

(a) poisonous, harmful, rotten, spoiled, rancid, moldy, insect-born, dirty, mixed with foreign objects or other sensory properties of abnormal food;

(b) meat without proof of inspection;

(c) more than the shelf life and other food labeling does not comply with the provisions of the shaped packaged foods ;

(d) food supplied by food production operators without a health license.
