After Red Hotel joined the quality inspection network in May, the hotel made many adjustments in quality management based on the original quality control and the requirements of the quality inspection network. First, the purpose of participating in the quality inspection network is clarified-through mutual inspection of peers in the region, learn from other people's management experience, learn from other people's management concepts, find out their own shortcomings, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and constantly improve their management level. Secondly, determine the quality inspection methods-divided into external quality inspection and internal quality inspection. External quality inspection is a monthly unannounced visit among peers, including an unannounced visit report and a rectification report. There is a system of punishment, rectification and feedback for the problems found, and files are established. The internal quality inspection is divided into three levels: first, the hotel quality inspection team led by the general manager and attended by the managers of all departments regularly (every month 15 days) conducts a comprehensive inspection of the hotel; Second, the department quality inspection team led by the department manager and attended by the foreman of each department conducts quality inspection twice a month irregularly; Third, the foreman of each department leads the employees to participate, and the departments check each other irregularly. Third, determine the inspection content and standards. The inspection contents include appearance, courtesy, labor discipline, service attitude, operating norms, health quality, work efficiency, energy saving, safety awareness, internal communication, business knowledge and training assessment *** 12. Through the revision of the original standards and the collection of employees' opinions, the detailed inspection standards and deduction rules for each inspection content are determined. In the first three months (September, 10, 1 1), employees will be notified in writing in the form of violation sheets to deduct points for each behavior that does not meet the inspection standards, so as to deepen their impression of the quality inspection requirements. During the probation period, the accumulated monthly penalty points are only used as the basis for training, not as the basis for economic punishment. After a three-month transition period, employees will have a comprehensive understanding and adaptation to the content and requirements of quality inspection. Fourth, determine the reward and punishment system. Whether the quality inspection system is effective and the efficiency is sustainable is not enough. The stability, fairness and transparency of rewards and punishments largely determine the quality inspection effect. Every month, according to the scoring system of 100, the service quality and work efficiency of each employee will be assessed. Five quality points will deduct 90% of the bonus of the month, and the foreman will arrange training according to the deducted points. If five quality points are deducted for three consecutive months, they will be laid off, and the accumulated points will be deducted as an important indicator of the year-end bonus assessment. 20 yuan will be rewarded for the employees who have no deduction items in the external inspection and internal inspection in that month, and the employees who have no deduction items and other punishment records for three consecutive months will be rewarded 100 yuan. Fifth, the training system. Training is divided into inspector training and employee training. Whether the quality inspection effect can last is, in the final analysis, to cultivate a professional, fair, self-disciplined and dedicated team of internal inspectors. Therefore, in August, the managers of various departments of the hotel began to give intensive training to the foreman on the quality inspection content, requiring the internal inspectors to clearly understand the quality inspection content and be professional, set an example and be self-disciplined, and conduct inspections fairly and fairly to convince employees. Staff training should integrate theory with practice, the foreman should make a training plan, and every employee should be clear about four questions-what do you want to do in your post? How come? To what extent? How to improve? In order to solve these problems, we should constantly supplement and improve the training content, so that employees can get effective guidance in their work and finish their work more easily, happily and effectively, and then quality inspection will make them really like it. By participating in quality inspection, the hotel has more standardized management, stricter system control, more effective staff training, more orderly internal communication, more stable service quality, and more importantly, it has strengthened the horizontal connection between regional peers through quality inspection, and has a platform for common learning and improvement. I think with this channel, it will be possible to improve the service quality of the regional hotel industry and make Yuhang Tourism a brand of "Traveling in Hangzhou and Living in Linping". Therefore, as a quality inspector of Yuhang Quality Inspection Network, I feel proud and uneasy. I am proud that I have a military position in Yuhang tourism; What is disturbing is that in the advancing tide of tourism development, our professional level is far from enough, and we have to keep learning to adapt to the development of this industry.
